Edit Incident Details

To edit an incident, fill out all the details, then navigate to the bottom of the Edit Incident screen and click ‘Update’ to save your changes. If you do not want to save your changes, click ‘Cancel’ to go back to the previous screen.

Edit Screen #

On the Edit Incident screen, you will be able to update the following information:

Title: The title of the incident

Date: The date the incident was logged in the app

Details: The full details of the incident

Property Name: The name of the property the unit is attached to

Status: The current state of the incident

Open – The incident is logged and has not been dealt with

Reported – The incident has been reported to the necessary authorities

Closed – The incident has been dealt with and no longer needs attention
