To view the full details for a contractor, click on any block in the list.
On the details screen you will see all the information you have given about the contractor and available contacts for that contractor.
Here are the following elements in the contractor details view:
Contractor Name #
The company or individual name of the contractor
Service / Industry #
The service the contractor provides or the industry they operate in
Account Number #
A unique identifier made up of numbers, letters or symbols
Flag #

Call #
See Call Contacts for more information
Email #
See Email Contacts for more information
Location #
The full business address of the contractor
Primary Phone #
The primary business phone number and phone type for the contractor
Website #
The website URL of the company or online listing
Primary Email #
The primary business email address for the contractor
Contacts #
Attach multiple contact people to contractors. Each contact card contains the following information:
Name: First and last name of the contact person
Title: The title or position of the contact person
Primary Phone: The primary phone number and the type of number such as Mobile, Work, Office, Work Fax or Custom. This number is used for quick calls when you click on the ‘Call’ phone icon.
Secondary Phone: The secondary phone number and the type of number
Email: The primary business email address for the contractor

Projects #
When you request a quote from a contractor for a project, if that contractor submits their quote back to you, their quote along with the project details will automatically be listed in this section.
Each project block will contain the following information:
ID: The unique ID of the project
Date: The date the contractor submitted the quote
Project Link: ‘Go to project’ is a quick link back to the full project details
Project Title: The name of the project created in your account
Quote Description: Any details the contractor submitted along with their quote
Photos / Documents: Any files the contractor attached to their quote
Quote Amount: The amount the contractor bid for the project
Status: This shows whether the contractor’s quote was accepted or declined
